Privacy Policy

• Email address: used to send you sign-in links.
• Mobile phone number: collected when you add it in Settings to receive a verification code and, if you opt in, text messages.
• SMS consent records: whether you opted in to optional reminder and notification text messages, and the date, time, and method of your opt-in or opt-out.
• School and medical mail (if you connect Gmail): read access to your mailbox. Messages are read in memory to find what concerns your children; only the extracted items (for example a deadline, an event, or a form to sign) and a link back to the original are kept, never the message content. This includes replies you send in those email threads, and other emails you send about your children, so items you've already handled are marked done.
• Emails you ask Jeeves to send (optional): if you allow it to send from your Gmail, Jeeves drafts the email and texts you the draft; it is sent only after you approve it. The draft is kept so you can review it in the app, and its text is deleted 30 days after it is sent.
• Household information: your children's names, schools and grades, ownership preferences, and the items, reminders and notes you and your partner share.
• Website logins you save (optional): stored encrypted, used only to sign in to that website when you ask Jeeves to do something there, and never shown or texted.
• Messages and calls: texts you exchange with Jeeves, and calls you ask it to make.
• Usage data: device, browser, and log information such as IP address, pages visited, and timestamps.

We use your mobile phone number to send one-time verification codes, to reply when you text Jeeves, and, only if you separately opted in, to send reminder and notification text messages and to place calls you ask for.

We use other information to provide and improve the assistant, maintain security, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Jeeves sends three types of text messages: (1) one-time verification codes when you add your number, (2) replies when you text it, and (3) optional reminder and notification messages, sent only if you check the separate, optional consent box when adding your number. Consent to receive reminder and notification messages is not a condition of using the service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. Apart from mobile information and SMS consent data, which are never shared as described above, we may disclose other information only to vendors that host and operate the service on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (hosting, AI processing to understand mail and messages, and SMS and voice delivery), or when required by law. Information you share in a household is visible to the other parent in that household, except items you mark private.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and keep consent records. You may delete your household and its data at any time in Settings, or ask us to.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of saved website logins. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can disconnect Gmail at any time in Settings. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
